Peutz has facilities to research the shading of buildings to their environment. In these tests, a sunlight simulator is used. Usually, the shading is recorded photographically in relevant months and positions of the sun, which can give an insight, especially for the parties involved.
Besides the practical approach with the sunlight simulator, Peutz can also conduct computational research with its own sunlight application based on AutoCAD. The results are also presented in a visually clear way.
